Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 1-5+ years of experience in insurance sales, with some commercial lines experience preferred.
• Proficiency in office suite software and familiarity with insurance management systems (Epic, InsureMind, EZLynx).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in both commercial and personal lines.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $36,000 - $38,000 annually
