We Insure group is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to grow our book of business. You will identify client needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and drive growth through proactive outreach. The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and a strong customer focus.

You will prospect via calls, referrals, networking, and social channels while maintaining accurate records in our agency system. A licensing track and sales-driven mindset help you succeed here.

Job Summary:

The Personal Lines Producer is responsible for developing new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping customers identify insurance solutions that best fit their needs, preferences, and budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new personal lines insurance business through phone calls, referrals, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals through a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the agency management system.
• Stay informed about carrier products, insurance offerings, and applicable guidelines.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Communicate customer questions, concerns, and opportunities with agency leadership.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to build insurance knowledge and sales skills.

• 4-40 license preferred but not required.
• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Candidates with sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience are welcome.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Base salary + commission
• Hybrid position
