Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance sales or consultative sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business while managing and renewing existing client accounts.
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
• Present insurance proposals clearly and professionally, ensuring clients understand their coverage options.
• Close new business and collect all required applications and documentation.
• Partner with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build strong relationships with carrier partners and local centers of influence.
