Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an ambitious insurance sales professional to manage company-provided leads and drive new business growth in a hybrid/remote-capable role. You will cultivate referrals and build lasting client relationships by presenting tailored insurance solutions to commercial and personal lines clients.

A base salary of at least $50,000 plus monthly commissions and performance bonuses provides strong earning potential, with equity opportunities for top performers.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-provided leads and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships.
• Present insurance proposals clearly and confidently to clients.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance company partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from sale to service team and onboarding.
