Job summary

AAA Western and Central New York is looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional client service and support in personal lines insurance. You will handle client inquiries, assist with policy processes, and contribute to agency growth through effective communication and multitasking. Ideal candidates will possess a NYS Personal Lines Insurance license and have at least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Qualifications

• NYS Personal Lines Insurance license required.
• 3 years experience in personal lines insurance, underwriting, and/or account management.

• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and account rounding opportunities during interactions.
