Job summary

Doug Neil Insurance Agency in Clifton Park, NY, is seeking a personable Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor for clients' home and auto coverages.

You will manage a dedicated client portfolio, handle inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance, while building lasting relationships and collaborating with producers to grow the book.

Qualifications

• New York State P&C license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines account management experience.
• Familiarity with carriers and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of personal lines clients, providing exceptional service.
• Handle client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claim assistance with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assess client needs to recommend appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for additional protection.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with producers to secure new business and service existing accounts.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations, market trends, and product offerings.
