Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain required license/certification in active status.
• Working knowledge of carrier offerings, processes, and requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, & events as required by business need/Leadership directive.
• Working knowledge of computer software and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Able to remain effective under pressure during high-volume periods and de-escalate concerns.
• Ability to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service.

Responsibilities

• 35% Client Management: be the primary contact for personal lines clients; educate on products; address inquiries and policy changes; ensure retention through quality service.
• 30% Policy Management: issue and renew personal policies; process applications and payments; prepare proposals and renewals; maintain records; assist claims.
• 20% Sales Support & New Business: identify cross-sell opportunities; support quotes and onboarding; write new personal lines business where appropriate; collaborate with sales team.
• 15% Quality & Control: ensure accuracy, compliance; review policies for gaps; maintain documentation; stay updated on regulatory changes.
