• Experience with renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and respond to customer inquiries on policies and service needs.
• Proactively seek referrals to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and document activities in agency systems.
• Attend internal/client meetings and follow agency policies and procedures.
• Support licensing training and knowledge of industry developments.
