Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
• Proficient in Windows environment and MS Office.
• Property & Casualty Producer Insurance License in good standing

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about policies, billing, and coverage changes.
• Proactively seek referrals for new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer experience.
• Document renewals and policy changes in agency systems.
• Attend internal and client meetings as needed.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork and a positive attitude in the department.
• Support licensing and continuing education requirements for valid licensing.
