Job summary

NavSav Insurance is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Sales Producer in Scottsdale, AZ to drive new business growth in our local office. You will establish relationships with clients and sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, and Umbrella policies, while leveraging multiple channels to meet monthly sales quotas.

Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, possess strong communication and multitasking skills, and can work independently in a fast-growing independent agency with broad carrier

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing (45+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about availability and products.
• Participate in training and learn agency systems.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Support agency growth through cross-selling and new initiatives.
• Leverage multiple channels (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media).
