Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to generate new personal insurance business while building lasting client relationships. You will educate clients, identify coverage needs, and tailor Home, Auto, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella solutions to protect what matters most.

This role requires prospecting, referrals, and meeting production goals while delivering an exceptional client experience. A high school diploma is required; licenses and a valid driver’s license are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one within required timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Generate new personal lines business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Quote, present, and close Home, Auto, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella policies.
• Conduct reviews to identify insurance needs and coverage gaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, real estate professionals, and community orgs.
• Educate clients on coverage options and provide recommendations.
• Refer opportunities to life, health, Medicare, commercial, and other non-personal lines products.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and agency systems.
• Meet or exceed new business production and close-rate goals.
• Partner with Client Service Representatives and Renewal Specialist for seamless client experience.
• Transition issued policies to Renewal Specialist for ongoing renewals.
• Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
