Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist to manage key components of the new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. The role involves timelines, exposure analysis, quote specifications, and presenting proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision; able to accept directions given assignments
• Proficient with MS Office Products, Placement including a high knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Timeline & Process Management: maintain timelines and processes during new business and renewal, including exposure analysis, quote specs, coverage negotiation and proposals.
• Communication: coordinate with Client Advisors, Account Service Team and markets.
• Policy Review & Recommendations: review policies and contracts and advise on improvements.
• Submission Preparation: prepare property and casualty submissions including Acord applications, loss summaries and exposure schedules.
• Data Analysis: analyze prospect client exposure and loss data, develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs.
