Jonus Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-office team. The role focuses on auto and home coverage, delivering exceptional service to clients and collaborating with leadership to ensure client satisfaction.

You will manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, quote new and renewal business, handle policy changes and endorsements, and stay informed on industry trends to provide knowledgeable guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.
• Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, primarily focusing on personal lines insurance, including auto and home coverage. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success of the agency.

This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
• Work Arrangement: Fully in-office position.

Responsibilities
