Job summary

United Insurance in Brewer, ME is seeking a Personal Lines Associate to support Account Managers by delivering excellent customer service and processing transactions according to our workflows. You will prepare quotes, respond to client requests for IDs, binders, and policy changes, and develop expertise in the EPIC system while expanding your knowledge of coverages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain state P&C licensing within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, ability to multitask, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers by processing transactions and documenting client interactions.
• Respond to daily requests for IDs, binders, BORs, cancellations and reinstatements, and billing issues.
• Enter quotes into rating platforms and prepare proposals for clients.
• Assist with policy retrievals, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Maintain EPIC system records and contribute to workflow documentation.
