The Baldwin Group in Kingston, MA is seeking a high-energy sales professional with a Property & Casualty license and a proven track record in personal lines. You will manage company-provided leads, drive cross-sell opportunities, and build long-term client relationships through referrals.

You’ll present insurance proposals, close sales, and coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless transitions. Hybrid/remote options are available, with monthly meetings in Kingston.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 2 years personal lines insurance experience.
• Proven sales track record meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong phone sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle high call volume and pipeline management.

Responsibilities
