Securance Corp Agency in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who excels at client-focused service and problem solving. You will manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, assist with policy changes, renewals, and new business, and coordinate with producers, carriers, and support teams to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license, has experience servicing personal lines accounts, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned personal lines clients.
• Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and servicing needs.
• Provide insurance ID cards, endorsements, and policy documents.
• Educate clients on coverages, exclusions, and solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive service.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and activity records.
• Assist with quoting, marketing, and carrier submissions.
• Prepare renewal proposals and market renewal accounts.
• Coordinate with carriers during claims processes and policy binding.
