Job summary

Duncan Financial Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers, delivering exceptional service and sales support. You will manage a personal lines book, process quotes, endorsements, and inquiries while ensuring compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.

You will build client relationships, cross-sell opportunities, and handle renewals, policy servicing, and claims assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License required.
• CISR designation or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Applied Epic, CRM systems, and carrier websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts in Epic with comprehensive detail.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, declarations, applications, and waiver forms.
• Create and manage open activities with timely completion and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate data in Epic including premiums and commissions.
• Develop client relationships to cross-sell personal and commercial lines.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk.
• Handle renewals, amendments, and policy servicing tasks.
• Assist clients with the claims process and provide timely support.
