The position requires strong client service orientation, knowledge of carrier products, and proficiency with Applied Epic and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active PA Property & Casualty License required.
• CISR designation or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts in Applied Epic with comprehensive detail.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including quotes, declarations pages, applications, and waiver forms.
• Develop client relationships to cross-sell personal and commercial lines.
• Provide accurate, courteous client service and proactive communication.
