Job summary

Duncan Financial Group, headquartered in Irwin, PA, seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a book of small commercial accounts and support new client implementations. The role acts as the central liaison among clients, producers, vendors, and carriers to ensure service excellence.

You will handle renewals, data gathering, proposals, and policy updates, while coordinating with internal teams for billing and claims resolution. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior experience in Commercial Lines Account Management or similar.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applied Epic or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client-service focus.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of small commercial accounts and support new client implementations.
• Serve as liaison between clients, producers, vendors, and carriers.
• Coordinate renewal process, data gathering, quotes, and policy updates.
• Assist with billing and claim issue resolution with carriers and internal teams.
• Provide proactive client communication and issue resolution.
• Support sales efforts and onboarding of new clients with Carrier programs.
• Prepare materials for reviews, renewals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Applied Epic.
