Leavitt Group in Lewiston, ID is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Sales & Service Advisor to grow new business while delivering exceptional service to existing clients.

You will assess coverage needs, present quotes for auto, home, umbrella and other personal lines, and guide clients through policy changes and renewals. The role emphasizes consultative selling, timely client communication, relationship building with carriers, and joining a collaborative team that protects clients' assets.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and coverages.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and cross-sell.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, leads, and prospecting.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify coverage needs and recommend personal lines products.
• Prepare and present quotes for auto, home, umbrella, and other personal coverages.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage enhancements, and risk management.
• Meet or exceed agency sales and retention goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriting partners.
• Manage portfolio of current personal lines clients and provide proactive support.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and inquiries.
• Perform annual policy reviews to ensure coverage aligns with client needs.
