W3Global is seeking an insurance-focused coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to provide full-service client support for personal lines. The role requires a resident P&C Producer License and involves data entry, communication with clients, policy updates, and processing certificates of insurance, with commissions and growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with AMS360, delivering service across multiple channels and supporting renewal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
• Must have a resident P&C Producer License.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AMS360 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service customer account support for insurance agency prospective and existing clients.
• Enter new client and policy information into system.
• Communicate with clients over the phone, email, text, mail, fax, and in person.
• Modify client and policy information in system as necessary.
• Update information for renewal policies.
• Provide letters to clients.
• Create and electronically transmit certificates of insurance upon request.
• Follow up on insurance claims as appropriate.
• Request quote for policy renewals from insurance company and provide to agent/client.
• Rate policy quotes (agency-based/web-based software).
• Take claim information from clients and process timely.
• Complete all necessary forms as required by insurance companies.
• Complete daily assignments as directed by management.

Duties And Responsibilities

Provide full-service customer account support for insurance agency prospective and existing clients. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties:

• Enter new client and policy information into system.
• Communicate with clients over the phone, email, text, mail, fax, and in person.
