Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing brokerage. The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage commercial and personal accounts from start to finish, with room for professional growth and a strong focus on client service.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large, well-established brokerage firm, with ample room for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $54,000 annually ($20 - $26/hour), overtime eligible
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered

Responsibilities

• Provide A-Z servicing for commercial and personal lines accounts, supporting account managers in daily operations
• Handle small to mid-market accounts, acting as a generalist across various industries

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; open to candidates with relevant experience willing to obtain licensure
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the insurance industry, with a focus on customer service or account management
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is a plus
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated good tenure in previous roles and a commitment to professional growth
