The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. You will ensure seamless client account management, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and support producers with collaboration and excellent service.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• 3–5 years preferred but open to different experience levels.
• AMS 360 proficiency and carriers familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotes by inputting data into carrier websites.
• Format summaries, draft renewal letters, and update coverage details.
• Assist with claims and manage house accounts.
• Handle a book of business with premiums ranging from $200 to $12,000.
• Collaborate with producers and CSAs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high retention rate.
• Utilize AMS 360 for account management.
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
• Profit Sharing: 10% of salary.
• PTO: Up to 4 weeks, based on experience.
• Bonuses: Annual Christmas bonus and performance-based rewards.
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week (paid lunch included).
• Work Environment: Onsite with potential for limited hybrid flexibility.
