Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal lines accounts and deliver exceptional client service.

Hybrid schedule after training: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office, with training period. Candidates should have a P&C license, 2–3 years in personal lines (5+ preferred), and AMS360 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 2–3 years in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred)

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
• Remote Work: Hybrid schedule available (3/2 split) after training
