Job summary

NSI Insurance Group is seeking a diligent Personal Lines Client Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage an assigned book of business, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers.

You will respond to service requests, prepare quotes for new and existing clients, process policy transactions and endorsements, and help balance renewals with new business deadlines while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven client management experience in property & casualty.
• Familiarity with carrier products and underwriting practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Provide insurance expertise and recommendations on personal lines coverages.
• Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing clients.
• Process policy transactions, endorsements, and claims.
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor renewals.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for service delivery.
