Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a client service professional in New Hampshire who will lead client service activities, renewals, and coverage recommendations under guidance.

You will use EPIC for policy details, process renewals, and communicate with clients and carriers. A P&C license and 3+ years of experience are required, with strong Excel and MS Office skills to support accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty with strong knowledge of insurance coverages.
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews upcoming renewals to determine accounts needing re-marketing.
• Makes coverage recommendations and obtains quotes via comparative raters.
• Transacts agency billing and notifies carriers.
• Ensures accuracy of binding documents.
