Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Massachusetts seeks an experienced insurance service professional to support client renewals, evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, and process endorsements. The role involves coordinating with carriers and clients to ensure accurate and timely coverage.

You will utilize EPIC and rating tools, generate communications to clients and carriers, and maintain precise policy records while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations and obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed bindings and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate account details and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
