Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead client service, renewals, and coverage recommendations. The role focuses on evaluating exposures, remarketing where needed, and handling billing and documentation in EPIC.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Personal Property and Casualty, licensed for Property & Casualty, and strong Excel/Office skills. A collaborative team environment and accurate work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Excel, Word, and other MS Office products proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations,
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes
• Transact agency billing (where applicable)
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, changerequest, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
