Job summary

Houchens Insurance Group is seeking a Full-time Insurance Service Professional to analyze and respond to policyholder inquiries via mail, phone, or in person. The role emphasizes client communication, policy reviews, and processing endorsements and invoicing.

In this position you will support clients through submissions and marketing activities, maintain relationships with insureds, and work with producers to resolve complex policy issues while aligning with E&O standards.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of related insurance experience and/or training.
• Prefer experience handling personal line accounts.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to policyholder inquiries via mail, phone or in person.
• Prepare submissions and marketing information for clients.
• Maintain client communications and relationships with insureds.
• Review and process policy changes, endorsements and invoicing.
• Refresh renewal summaries and prepare coverage analyses for clients.
• Coordinate with producers and service teams to resolve issues.
