Job summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized Personal Lines Client Service Agent to be the first point of contact for personal insurance clients. You will answer calls, assist with routine policy changes, and support the Personal Lines team with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced office.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma, a valid P&C license, and prior customer service or insurance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Prior customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Personal Lines experience is a plus.
• Experience with agency management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft 365).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist Personal Lines clients with policy questions.
• Help clients with routine policy changes, billing questions, payments, and service requests.
• Process basic policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and account maintenance.
• Route complex coverage questions to the Account Service Manager or Producer.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and keep files organized and up to date.
