Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Completion of sophomore or junior year is preferred.
• Involvement in student activities and/or some work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete training necessary to understand the claims process.
• Adheres to high standards of professional conduct.
• Learn about determining proper policy coverages and assist investigations/evaluations.
• Builds knowledge of Personal Lines auto or property damage claims.
• Submits administrative reports as needed.
• Initiates and conducts follow-ups using claims systems.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to Nationwide customers.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete a capstone project and present it to leadership.
