The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is hiring a Business Analyst in the Personal Lines Operations department. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between Diamond users and the development teams, gathering requirements and testing workflows to maximize functionality within time and resource constraints.

Based at our Fairfield, Ohio headquarters, this role offers hybrid options in select departments and carries a pay range of $55,000 to $85,000 with potential annual bonus and stock incentives.

The Personal Lines Operations department is currently seeking a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the users of Diamond and the technical development teams.

In this role you will gather information from state filed rules, rates and forms; test and review existing workflows; interview internal end-users and work with development staff to develop solutions that maximize functionality for our users while keeping within time and resource constraints. The PL Business Analyst develops requirement specifications and follows established procedures to communicate the requirements to the team. The PL Business Analyst also serves as a Product Owner for individual Agile teams within the Personal Lines Department.

This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. Hybrid work options are available in select departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, OH. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies.

The pay range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
