Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active property and casualty license preferred; within 3 months of hire must obtain.
• 2+ years of property and casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Underwriting or risk selection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for policyholders and agencies partnered with the Customer Care Center.
• Underwrite and service policies with direct correspondence to policyholders.
• Analyze reports to determine profitability for renewal and new business opportunities.
• Meet service standards while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist training of new associates as needed.
• Manage assigned territory size and volume.

Our Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account manager to act as a contact for policyholders being serviced by the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

• act as the primary point of contact for policyholders and agencies partnered with the Customer Care Center
• creatively solution challenges or obstacles to provide superior customer service by taking ownership and initiative.

Bring Education And Experience From

• high school diploma (required), associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• an active property and casualty insurance license is preferred; however, candidates will be required to obtain within 3 months of hire
• 2+ years of property and casualty insurance experience (preferred)
• experience with underwriting and/or risk selection within a carrier or agency (preferred)
