The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking an underwriting trainee for our Personal Lines team, starting in June 2027. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $33.65 and an annualized $70,000 upon successful training completion, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

After training, underwriters provide support and service to agencies in an assigned territory, contributing to the company’s profitability through sound decisions

Our Personal Lines department is currently seeking candidates for an underwriting trainee for our Gilbert, Arizona location starting in June 2027.

The pay rate for this position is$33.65 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to$70,000 annuallyupon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
