connerins is seeking an Assistant Account Manager, Personal Lines. This role supports the Personal Lines Account Managers and Advisors and serves as a training ground for potential future Account Managers by learning daily operations, carrier interfaces, and insurance knowledge.

The position emphasizes data entry, policy changes, billing analysis, and strong client service to insureds, with opportunities to grow within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain a current Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support to Personal Lines Account Managers.
• Process endorsement changes to active policies.
• Assist in renewal reviews and organize carrier/underwriting notices.
• Build and maintain relationships with insureds and assist Account Managers.
• Enter customer data into Applied Epic and compile policy change data.
• Assist in billing analysis and invoicing per agency standards.
• Attend meetings to learn products and services and develop new skills.
