Job summary

Connerins is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines in Indianapolis to support Personal Lines Advisors and clients with policy servicing, claims processing, and retention activities.

The role requires knowledge of personal lines coverage, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced insurance office environment. Indiana licensing is preferred along with related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prefer a minimum of five years related industry experience and/or training.
• Maintain a current Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, changes, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies.
• Review renewals, quote and provide competitive options for clients.
• Provide technical support by analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations.
• Build relationships with insureds and resolve service problems with carriers.
• Assist in data collection and retention strategies for accounts.
• Monitor policy changes and ensure accurate records and timely communication.
