United Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Associate to support Account Managers by delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and our community.

The essential duties include adhering to workflows, handling quotes and proposals, maintaining the EPIC system, and stepping in for Account Managers once licensed, with a strong focus on growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain state P&C license within 90 days.
• Organized with multitasking and time management.
• Self-motivated and professional attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers by delivering excellent customer service.
• Process transactions per agency workflows, including quotes and endorsements.
• Prepare proposals and enter quotes into PL Rater.
• Respond to client and carrier requests via phone/email.
• Maintain EPIC system records and attach documents.
• Assist with license tracking and coverage knowledge development.
• Cover Account Managers when licensed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
