Responsibilities

• Review and analyze personal accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure service needs are met.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and leads to meet production goals.
• Gather information from clients and prepare applications for new/renewal coverage.
• Prepare policy quotes based on client needs, rates and coverages.
• Prepare transactions for assigned accounts (applications, invoices, forms).
• Maintain data accuracy in the agency management system.
• May handle premium collections and stay informed on industry trends.
