Harders & Bradford Insurance Agency is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a book of auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.

You will proactively identify opportunities to round out accounts, deepen relationships, and educate clients on how claims impact premiums. This role emphasizes service excellence and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required before start date.
• Minimum 2 years personal lines experience in an agency or carrier.
• Strong knowledge of auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agency management systems is preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of personal lines accounts.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Assist clients with filing claims and education on impact on premiums and coverage.
• Conduct account reviews prior to renewal to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to mono-line clients to discuss rounding out accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Support client retention through responsive communication and trust.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements
