Responsibilities

• Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including standard personal lines and potentially some high-net-worth accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
