Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, utilizing the EPIC system, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, build relationships, conduct policy reviews, and address inquiries.
  • Policy Management: Use EPIC to manage records, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and work with underwriters.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional sales and collaborate with the sales team to grow the client base.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain organized records.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and analyze policies for client needs.
  • EPIC System Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency, stay updated, and optimize workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with claims, underwriting, and finance departments to resolve issues and improve service.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in EPIC or other insurance management systems.
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze policies and assess risk.
  • Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
