What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing responsive, knowledgeable service.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive communication and genuine care.
  • Conduct policy reviews, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide clients through renewals and updates.
  • Resolve client questions and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Cross-sell and upsell coverage where it adds real value to the client.
  • Work closely with underwriters and carriers to deliver the best coverage options.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in an account management or executive role.
  • Strong product knowledge and a consultative, client-first mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • P&C insurance license (not required).
  • Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own book of business.
  • A desire to be part of a company where you’re seen, heard, and appreciated.
