George Mauricio-Farmers Insurance Agency in California is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a portfolio of auto, home, and umbrella policies, service client inquiries, and work in a collaborative environment.

The role requires an active Personal Lines or P&C license and at least one year of insurance experience. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential, and Spanish language abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Process endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support new business quoting and cross-selling opportunities
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
