Job summary

NP Dodge Company in Omaha seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to support Dodge Partners clients, assist producers with new and renewal marketing and placement, and guide the PL-Assistant in servicing or marketing each account.

You will maintain the highest level of rapport with clients, carriers and agency personnel, stay current on personal lines coverages, and collaborate with the team to deliver timely, accurate service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in insurance with extensive knowledge of personal lines coverage and carriers.
• Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; if hired, must obtain and maintain a license.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in managing a book of personal lines business.
• Market new and renewal accounts and place coverages.
• Provide direction to the PL-Assistant for servicing and market presentations.
• Maintain rapport with clients, carriers, and agency personnel.
• Ensure timely processing and accurate documentation to support E&O standards.
