You will manage policy transactions, maintain records, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with carriers and team members to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing customer service, insurance, or account management role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients understand their insurance needs and coverage options.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners while delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Conduct account reviews, provide coverage recommendations, and support client retention and account growth initiatives.
• Manage policy transactions, client requests, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in agency management systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross‑selling, and new business development.
• Support departmental goals through client retention and growth efforts.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
