Job summary

W3Global is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager in Leland, NC to build client relationships, recommend appropriate coverage, and manage personal lines accounts. The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include quoting, binding policies, servicing accounts, handling policy changes, renewals, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license by start date or licensing assistance available.
• Personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use agency management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
