Job summary

SouthPoint Risk, a Member of Correll Insurance Group, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager in Maryville, TN. The role delivers high-level sales support and exceptional customer service, with emphasis on growth and retention of new and renewal business and field support for client needs.

Responsibilities include processing endorsements, certificates, and client requests; maintaining organized electronic files; and providing proposals and documents to clients while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar.
• Possess or able to obtain Property & Casualty License within 6–12 months (Correll will assist).
• AMS360 and ImageRight experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quoting new business and renewing as needed.
• Updating management system and sending documents to clients.
• Responding to client emails, calls, and endorsements; maintaining files.
• Providing client documents, checklists, and proposals.
• Using reports to maintain an organized workstation.
• Building relationships with clients and carriers via phone, email, and mail.
• Supporting teammates with client follow-up.
• Researching and resolving coverage questions.
• Addressing client needs promptly by phone or electronically.
• Cultivating new opportunities and cross-selling lines of insurance.
• Assisting with other office duties as needed.
