Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Personal Lines accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive business expansion through proactive renewal initiatives, effective cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities via outside sales efforts.
• Be the go-to resource for clients, providing clear and concise assistance with billing questions, claims, and complex coverage inquiries.
• Confidently handle the binding and checking of policies, efficiently manage requests for endorsements and claims, and skillfully coordinate marketing renewals.
• Thoroughly review insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Actively support current clients while strategically generating future business.
• Meticulously compile data on insurance policy changes and maintain precise records.
• Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, expertly guiding clients through to finalized sales.
