Trailstone Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve and grow the book of clients with exceptional service. You will educate clients and identify revenue opportunities while backing up teammates as needed.

Responsibilities include advising clients via email, phone and chat, endorsing policies, preparing quotes, renewals, and documenting interactions in agency management software. A property and casualty license is required.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required; 1+ year insurance service/sales experience on personal lines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients via email, phone and chat as needed.
• Endorse policies for clients as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing client base.
• Prepare and discuss quotes for new and existing customers.
• Assist clients with renewals.
• Document customer interactions in agency management software.
