The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, familiarity with California carriers, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Guide clients through renewals with accurate coverage reviews.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Build trusted client relationships with proactive communication.
• Evaluate coverage options, quotes, pricing, and terms; recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, carrier appetite, and products.
